Fukui prefectural Historical MuseumThe history of Fukui represents a culture deeply concerned with religion best exemplified by the rise of Ikko sect and Eihei-ji Temple. The museum exhibits items covering many fields including nature, folklore, history, and industry. Fukui is located in an area rich in fossils of dinosaurs.
