Wood carving
There are a number of wood carving artists in Hakuba whose style is descended
from agricultural art. The big scale pieces of work such as furniture and art
objects are sold in the artist's studio, the others including wall hanging and
daily goods are on sale in souvenir shops in town.
Works by Maruyama Yuzuru and his son Kazuyuki are displayed.
