Ishikawa Museum of Contemporary Literature The distinguished building made of bricks once belonged to the government-run Fourth High School. The building is now an important cultural asset of Japan. Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of History This brick building constructed in the Taisho period (1912 - 1926) was used to store weapons of the former military. Visitors can experience the lifestyle of traditional Ishikawa while learning the history of the region.
