Nishi-gawa Green Road Park

This 2.4 kilometer park lies along the Nishi-gawa River that stretches horizontally across the city. Amid the trees are flower beds, a water terrace, falls, fountains, and a water mill. There is a moving display of the Momotaro story which is run on electricity. Carps can be seen swimming in the river.

RSK Rose Garden

Japan's largest rose garden set on a massive 30,000 square meter stretch of land. Roses from around the world have been gathered here and are in full bloom in May and June. Visitors can enjoy seasonal changes year round with blooms of peonies, irises, hydrangeas, and plum blossoms that are also planted in the garden.
