Suda-ga-ike Pond
If you need to take a rest during your busy kiln tour, sit on one of the wooden benches here and enjoy the reflection of the trees on the water. A chorus of frogs will keep you company in the early evenings of spring and summer.
Mashiko-no-mori Grove
A gentle line of Japanese red pines can be seen along the Mashiko Kasama prefectural road. The National Recreational Park of Mashiko (or Mashiko-no-mori Grove), which is located in this area, is a massive 29-hectare stretch of land. Hiking trails, an observation area, and pottery kilns can be enjoyed at this park.

Onsen (Hot Spring)
