Tsuten-kaku Tower and Shin-sekai

The Shin-sekai area surrounds Tsuten-kaku Tower, an observation tower, which was built in 1912. This area is a remnant from the past.

Shitenno-ji Temple

Shitenno-ji Temple was established in 593 by Prince Shotoku. The temple has been destroyed many times by civil wars and fires. Although the present buildings are new with no historical values, they were rebuilt according to the original Shitenno-ji design. Also, a treasure stock museum is worth visiting to see its national treasures of Japan.
