Tennoji-Koen Park
This park is located in front of Tennoji Station and covers an area of 250,000 square meters. The park is home to the Tennoji Zoo, Keitaku-en Garden and Botanical Garden. The Tennoji Zoo is home to over 300 kinds of animals such as elephants, lions and koala bears. Keitaku-en Garden was built by the owner of the Sumitomo conglomerate. Around a pond in the unexpectedly quiet garden, you can relax in this oasis.

Maishima Sports Island
Maishima was built on a man-made island in 1994 and it is still being developed. Maishima is highly recommend place for outdoor lovers to enjoy.
