Northern Chusei Science City This is a project for a high-tech city in the 500 hectares between the north sector of Tsu City and the west sector of Kawage Town. The first phase of construction is under way; to build the core area, which consists of an office building called Arcadia (170 hectares). The second phase is to build industrial and commercial areas as well as parks to harmonize with nature.
