A tea salon established in the early Meiji era (1868 - 1912). Yomogi plants are mixed in mochi (rice cake) and wrapped around sweet beans. This is the basic recipe of their special Kusaha Mochi which still carries the flavor of the past. The tea salon also serves zenzai (boiled sweet beans) and amazake (sweet sake).
